This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for anything bought from quantumalex.com ("we", "our", or "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service, and it is the "unless otherwise stated" referred to in Section 4 of those Terms: where this page and the Terms disagree about a refund, this page wins.
The short version: if you bought a digital product from us and it was not what you needed, write to us within 30 days and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and you keep the files you already downloaded.
It covers purchases made directly from us — our books, bundles, downloadable files, and any paid access to our own services. It does not cover:
Every digital product bought directly from us can be refunded in full within 30 days of the date of purchase. No reason is required, and we do not ask you to prove you did not use it. Digital files cannot be handed back, so we do not ask you to return anything or to certify that you deleted it — the refund is unconditional within the window.

We aim to answer within 3 business days and to issue the refund within 10 business days of approving it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method — we cannot pay to a different card, account, or person. How long the money then takes to appear is your bank's or card issuer's decision, not ours, and it is commonly another 5 to 10 business days.
Once the window has closed, purchases are final and we do not refund a change of mind. Two things are still refundable at any time:
Neither of these is a favour and neither counts against the guarantee. Write to us and say what happened.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge. The most recent charge is refundable within the same 30 days as any other purchase. Earlier charges in a subscription are not refunded retroactively, and we do not pro-rate an unused part of a period that has already begun. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next one.
This policy adds to consumer law, it does not replace it. Nothing here removes a right you have where you live. In particular:
If something is wrong, please write to us first. A chargeback opened without contacting us costs both sides fees and time, and it takes weeks longer than an email would have. We would rather refund you today. We reserve the right to close accounts and withdraw access to products following a chargeback we were given no chance to resolve.
The guarantee exists so you can buy without risk, not so a catalog can be read for free. We may decline a refund where the same buyer has repeatedly bought and refunded, and we may decline further sales to that buyer. This is applied to a pattern, never to a first request.
Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged in, for the amount we received. We do not control exchange-rate movement between the purchase and the refund, so a card billed in another currency may show a small difference. Where taxes were collected, they are refunded with the purchase.
Where this site sells or promotes a dietary supplement or any other physical product, that item is sold and shipped by its manufacturer or distributor and their return policy governs it, including whether an opened item can be returned at all. Section 14 of the Terms of Service covers what we do and do not warrant about those products.
We may update this policy. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, so a later change never shortens a window you already had.
